AI platforms
Designing, building, and running AI infrastructure end to end, from the data center and storage up to the applications users work in.
Platform and infrastructure engineer with more than 20 years in national security technology. As founder of Mission Systems, I build enterprise AI capability for the intelligence community, from the data center to the applications mission teams use.
Since 2024 I've been building an AI capability for an intelligence community customer, as part of a team led by a major systems integrator. I'm responsible for the whole stack. That runs from the data center and storage, through the compute and platform layers, up to the front end that divisions across the customer use to run their AI workloads and get answers from their data.
The platform runs in a fully air-gapped environment, so every component and update arrives through a controlled process. It's the cornerstone of my career so far and the work Mission Systems is built around today.
I've spent more than 20 years building and running the systems behind national security missions. I started as a Java developer and technical architect at Accenture, working on an Air Force budgeting system at Wright-Patterson, then moved into data architecture and Oracle database administration for intelligence community cloud environments.
In 2014 I joined Oracle as a principal sales consultant for Exadata and engineered systems, where one of my territories finished FY15 at 171% of quota. In 2016 I founded Mission Systems and went back to hands-on work. I spent eight years as the lead ServiceNow administrator and production Oracle DBA for a major U.S. intelligence customer before taking on the AI platform in 2024.
That mix is what I bring to every engagement. I can install, run, and fix the platform, and I can explain to decision-makers what it costs, what it delivers, and why it matters to the mission.

You'll usually find me at the track.
Driving on track rewards the same things good engineering does: preparation, good data, and staying calm when things move fast.
